handmade, using only top grade materials. Since each item is
handmade the color or appearance may vary slightly from the photo
shown. We carefully select our beads, spacers, and clasps to provide
our customers with high quality jewelry designs at affordable
prices.
If you have any questions concerning the quality, design or colors please contact us and we will be glad to answer all your questions, supply additional photos, or provide references. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything possible to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. Customer Satisfaction is a top priority for A Plus Creations. If you are unhappy with your beaded jewelry we will gladly gladly refund your money or provide store credit less the cost we incurred for shipping and restocking. All items are shipped insured so please let us know immediately if an item has arrived damaged. The quickest way to contact us is by sending the contact form found on our contact page. All returns must be made within seven (7) days from the date you receive it. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
