How long will it take to receive my items after I place my order?
A. A Plus Creations makes every effort to ship items out within 24 hours of when you place your order (Monday- Friday, excluding holidays). Items are shipped from Dunnellon Florida, so actual shipping time will depend on your location.

A. A Plus Creations ships to the United States, Canada, and across the globe to virtually every country in the world!

How much are the shipping costs?
A. Check out our Shipping Page for detailed information on all shipping costs and options. We offer free shipping to the Continental United States on all jewelry orders over $100!

How Are my items shipped?
A. We usually ship our items using the United States Postal Service or UPs, but some items may also be shipped using Fed-ex. We will email customers when the items ship and provide a tracking number when available.

What happens if my shipment gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged?
A. We ship all items insured to make sure you items arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, so that we can take care of the problem quickly.

A. Our Gift Cards are available in a wide variety of prices to suit your any budget.

What if I want to order multiple quantities of a jewelry item?
A. All items on our website are unique one of a kind handmade items, therefore we only offer one of each jewelry item. if you have a piece of jewelry you are interested in, please email us and we can usually custom make more of a particular style.  We do make multiple identical jewelry for bridal parties and those items may be found here.

Q. Do you do custom jewelry orders?
A. If you have a jewelry design you would like us to create for you, please email us the information along with any photos and we will contact you with a quote for the item.

What if I need to make a return?
A. Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is a number priority at A Plus Creations. For complete information on our return policy, check out our "Returns" section. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns need to be made within seven (7) days of shipment arrival. Please email us before sending a return. We will make exchanges, issue store credit, or return funds (less shipping costs) as needed.
